Patrick co-founded South Street and serves as its Managing Partner focusing on all aspects of the firm’s businesses. Patrick is also a member of South Street’s Investment Committee. Previously, Patrick was a Partner at Discovery Land Company, a developer of high-end private golf communities. Patrick’s focus was acquisitions, finance, project management, and operations oversight across the entire portfolio of communities. Prior to joining Discovery, Patrick served in a number of roles at Terrabrook, a real estate development, investment, and management subsidiary of Westbrook Partners. During this time, Terrabrook was the largest owner and developer of master planned communities in the country. Prior to Terrabrook, Patrick began his real estate career in Washington, DC as a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and KPMG’s Real Estate, Mortgage and Hospitality Group. Patrick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. He currently serves on the board of the First Tee of Charlotte and formerly served on the board of The Barrier Island Free Medical Clinic. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.

Jordan co-founded South Street and focuses on asset management and finance across the portfolio. In addition, Jordan serves on South Street’s Investment Committee. Previously, Jordan was with Discovery Land Company, a developer of high-end private golf club communities. During his tenure there, Jordan had direct involvement in all areas of the company’s operation which led to lengthy stints in The Bahamas, Mexico, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining Discovery, he worked for Inter-Asia Venture Management in Hong Kong, China. Jordan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He served a six-year term on The First Tee of Greater Charleston Board of Trustees (including two years as Board President) and served as Co-Chair of the Friends of the Muni which raised money to renovate the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. Currently, Jordan is an active member of The Gibbes Museum of Art Board, the Charleston Regional Development Alliance Economic Leadership Council and the UNC Educational Foundation Board of Advisors. He lives in Charleston, SC, with his wife, daughter and two sons.

Chris has been with South Street since its inception in 2009 and is primarily focused on the firm’s acquisitions and capital markets businesses. Chris is also a member of South Street’s Investment Committee. Previously, Chris ran acquisitions in the real estate group at Summit Capital Management, a private equity firm with over $300 million of assets under management. At Summit, Chris focused primarily on opportunistic, middle market real estate investments throughout the U.S. as well as the development of a high-end private golf club business. Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in American History. He currently serves on the Medical University of South Carolina’s Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, The First Tee of Greater Charleston’s Board of Advisors, and the Charleston Regional Development Alliance Board of Directors. Chris formerly served on the boards of AccelerateSC, the One SC Fund as well as the Medical University of South Carolina’s Board of Visitors. Chris resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and two yellow labs.

Will Culp

Will joined South Street Partners in 2012 and focuses on the firm’s acquisitions, development and capital markets businesses. Will is also a member of South Street’s Investment Committee. Previously, Will was Vice President of Investments for Crescent Resources, a $1 billion+ real estate development and investment company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to Crescent, Will worked for Hillwood Investments, a Dallas, Texas based development and investment firm and one of the top privately owned real estate companies in the country. Will’s responsibilities included debt and equity capital raising and structuring as well as asset management for Hillwood’s luxury residential investments. Will began his career with Inter-Asia Venture Management in Hong Kong, China. Will received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, son and two daughters.

Rob has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality management industry, 23 of which has been in private club management. Rob has spent the last 16 years of his career with Discovery Land Company holding management and executive positions at several of their communities/clubs and most recently serving as the CEO of Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club in Cashiers, NC. Rob is a veteran of the United States Air Force and graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Scott is the President of South Street Partners’ Southeast Land Management, LLC and has shared management responsibilities across all aspects of the 51 property level companies. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Scott began his real estate career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Investment Banking group in Charlotte, NC before joining Crescent Communities in 2011 as Director of Residential Finance and Investments. At Crescent, Scott was responsible for evaluating residential acquisition opportunities and providing asset management for all existing portfolio communities that included implementing corporate portfolio strategies, project underwriting and financing activity. Most recently, Scott was a Director with Princeton Communities in Charlotte where he was responsible for all facets of new development activities including contract negotiations, site planning and design, interaction with local and state governmental officials and staff, rezoning, contractor selection and oversight. In addition to development responsibilities, Scott evaluated and negotiated all contracts on existing land development parcels being sold to regional and national homebuilders and managed all aspects of the sale and due diligence process. Scott earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Henry’s responsibilities at South Street Partners include acquisitions, development, and asset management. He was most recently Senior Associate at Fifth Third Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina where he focused on both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising assignments. Prior to Fifth Third Securities, Henry worked for Challenger Capital Group, a Dallas, Texas, based boutique investment bank focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions. Henry began his career with ORIX Corporate Capital in Dallas, Texas, where he provided middle-market companies with flexible capital for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and acquisitions. Henry graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Business from the Cox School of Business. Henry is a native of Statesville, North Carolina.

Peter’s responsibilities at South Street Partners include deal sourcing, acquisitions, and asset management. He was most recently a Vice President of Investment Banking at BTIG in San Francisco, California where he focused on equity and debt capital raising assignments as well as mergers and acquisitions for corporate clients across the real estate sector. Peter graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Financial Applications.

Most recently, Chris was a Director with Heritage Golf Group, a boutique owner and operator of private and daily fee golf clubs throughout the Southeast. His responsibilities included operations, development and project management across all owned properties. Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

A marketing veteran with 22 years of industry experience, Amy’s focus as Vice President of Marketing for South Street Partners is to oversee the strategy and execution of marketing programs for corporate, real estate development, and club entities. Prior to joining South Street, Amy served as Vice President of Marketing for The Cliffs as well as Chief Marketing Officer for Timbers Resorts, where she managed the resort hospitality and real estate marketing for their portfolio across the globe. A native South Carolinian, Amy has returned to her roots after 17 years in Colorado. Amy is a passionate photographer and horseback rider and received a BFA from University of Georgia in Art Education and a BFA in Graphic Design from Trident College. Amy resides in Charleston, SC, with her husband and twin girls.

Dixie Norris is responsible for overseeing Human Resources for the more than 1,200 associates of South Street Partners’ employee base. Her experience includes Human Resource management across multiple industries with a focus on hospitality. Dixie served as Wyndham Vacation Rentals’ Regional Human Resources Director across six states, as well as International Human Resources Director for Kiawah Partners, serving the US, St. Kitts, and Ireland. In addition, she owned and operated Lowcountry Human Resources Consulting, LLC. Dixie graduated from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and holds various Human Resources certifications. She is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of Palmetto Goodwill and is a member of the Seasonal Employer Alliance. Dixie resides in Charleston, SC.

Pat Shedler

As the VP of Information Technology, Pat oversees the technology needs for all South Street Partner entities. While attending college, Pat was hired by Abacus 21, a Buffalo based hospitality software developer. After working in the roles of customer service technician, onsite installer, trainer, and software developer; he left to work for Club Resort Solutions as a consultant. When offered the opportunity relocate to the Charleston area and work exclusively for Kiawah Partners and Colleton River Plantation, he jumped at the opportunity. During his time at Kiawah Partners, Pat has overseen the IT Departments on Kiawah Island, Doonbeg Golf Club in Ireland, Christophe Harbour in St Kitts, and now The Cliffs. Pat is a graduate of State University of New York – Fredonia with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, and a minor in Computer Science. He currently resides in Summerville, SC with his wife and son.

Philip’s responsibilities at South Street Partners include asset management and acquisitions. He was most recently a Senior Associate at Brookfield in New York where he focused on the asset management of debt and REO investments. Prior to joining Brookfield, he worked at Situs on a dedicated asset management platform for TPG Real Estate Finance. Philip graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. He currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and son.

Ray Pantlik

Ray has over 40 years of experience working in various capacities within the resort, luxury, master-planned community, and real estate development industry. His experience includes coordinating the necessary design professionals, legal, and other service providers in securing government approval at all levels . Ray has overseen the contract administration from construction through project closeout. These projects include several golf courses, beach clubs, golf clubhouses, a marina, and other residential and recreational facilities along with real estate subdivisions. Most of this experience has been with Kiawah Partners involving projects on Kiawah Island and Cassique in South Carolina. Ray’s other notable works include the Doonbeg Lodge & Golf Club, County Clare, Ireland and Christophe Harbour, St. Kitts, West Indies. Most recently Ray has worked with South Street Partners to launch The Residences at Salamander–adjacent to the Salamander Resort & Spa in the horse and wine country of Middleburg, Virginia. Ray graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. He resides in Charleston, SC with his wife.

A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Bennette’s previous experience includes consulting, bookkeeping, human resources, event management, and fundraising. She was most recently Assistant Director of SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House where she prepared financial reports and managed strategic planning and marketing for fundraising events. Prior to SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House, Bennette worked in the hospitality space providing office management and bookkeeping services. Bennette graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.
